Custom cables / Custom cable assemblies are manufactured in our UK facility in Buckinghamshire. We pride ourselves in the quality of custom cable assemblies that we produce. We have an IPC/WHMA-A-620 Trainer in-house at Jacarem, which proves our dedication to the quality of our custom cables / custom cable assemblies.
High Quality
Firstly, Jacarem is accredited to BS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard, and the practices are used throughout the production of every cable assembly that we manufacture.
Secondly, all of our cable assembly staff are trained to IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards. This is widely recognised in the industry to ensure excellence in cable and harness manufacturing.
Thirdly, all assemblies are visually and electronically tested, using our Cirris test equipment, as per the method agreed with our clients. We only want to ship high quality, perfectly made cables.
In addition, Jacarem is a stocking distributor which always benefits our cable assembly customers. For example, many of the wires and connectors required within looms are purchased and stocked for our distribution. Therefore, this leads to cheaper pricing and a faster turn-around of custom cables / custom cable assemblies.
