HDMI Hermetic seals are available from Jacarem from stock or on very short lead times:
- Hermetic HDMI seal jack in a Stainless Steel housing with 1-14 UN X .95 thread. Assembly supplied with Viton o-ring & SS jam nut – refer to J.80AC021
- Hermetic HDMI jack in a Stainless Steel NW40 / KF40 – Part Number: J.80AC183
- Hermetic HDMI feedthrough in a stainless steel CF2.75 Flange – Images below:
100% of parts are checked for quality including dimensional inspection, connector mateability and visual workmanship. The parts are leak tested for a <1X10^-8 STD-CC/SEC leak rate or better, electrical hipot 500 VDC 500 MOhms and continuity testing.
We have a wide selection of other HDMI connector feedthroughs that have been previously manufactured, so if the above standard items don’t cover your requirements, please contact us.
