Jacarem offer a wide range of hermetically sealed data and computer feedthrough connectors such as RJ45, USB and HDMI for applications in various industries.
The hermetic seals allow for high speed data to be transferred between two different sealed environments. These transfers are made without interruptions from moisture or gases leaking, giving mechanical protection and reliability.
Hermetic Seal Testing
Every hermetic seal produced is electrically tested with a computer-controlled hi-pot machine and leak tested using either a helium mass spectrometer or a high-pressure bubble test before shipment.

- RJ45 Hermetically Sealed Feedthrough- CAT5e / Cat 6
We have hermetically sealed RJ45 Jack’s in threaded housings and RJ45 feedthroughs in NW40 KF40 as standard stock items. We can also supply flanges with multiple RJ45 feedthroughs pre-assembled. For example, you might require 6 x RJ45 Jack hermetic seals in a CF100 flange.
We can also seal your CAT5e / CAT6 cable and terminate the ends with RJ45 connectors, so that you receive a product ready to fit into your application.
- USB 2.0 and 3.0 Hermetically Sealed Feedthrough
Whether you required a hermetically sealed USB 2.0 or a hermetically sealed USB 3.0, we have plenty of options for you. A standard USB A Jack to USB A Jack in a stainless steel threaded housing is a popular item in USB 2.0 and USB 3.0.
The USB A Jack to USB A Jack in NW25 (QF Quick Flange, KF Klein Flange or DN) housing is also a stocked item or on a very short lead time.
We can also supply flanges with multiple USB feedthroughs pre-assembled or combine USB feedthroughs and other connector feedthroughs (to your custom requirements) pre-assembled onto a flange, fully leak tested and ready to use.

We have hermetically sealed HDMI Jack to HDMI Jack in threaded Stainless steel housings and HDMI Jack feedthroughs in NW40 (QF Quick Flange, KF Klein Flange or DN) housing as standard stock items or on a very short lead time.
We can also supply flanges with multiple HDMI feedthroughs pre-assembled.
100% of parts are checked for quality including dimensional inspection, connector mateability and visual workmanship. The parts are leak-tested, electrically hipot tested and continuity tested.
