IDC Hermetic Seal

Hermetic IDC – Hermetic 50 pins to 50 pins in a moulded assembly. Assembly supplied with Viton o-ring.

100% of parts are checked for quality including dimensional inspection, connector mateability and visual workmanship.  The hermetic IDC’S are leak tested for a <1X10^-8 STD-CC/SEC leak rate or better, electrical hipot 500 VDC 500 MOhms, and continuity testing.
