Teflon wire seals – Teflon insulated wires sealed in a SS housing.
One example is teflon wire seals with a 3/4″-16 UN X .40 long thread. 24″ [610mm] of wire on each side of the seal. Assembly supplied with Viton o-ring (housing design based on J1926 tube fitting boss seals).
We can offer custom teflon wire seals to suit your specific application. Let us know the quantity of wires to seal and the length required either side.
100% of Teflon wire seals are checked for quality including dimensional inspection and visual workmanship. The parts are leak tested at 1000 PSI and an electrical hipot 1000 VDC 500 MOhms.
