Thermocouple Sealed Feedthrough Testing
Most importantly, 100% of parts are checked for quality. These checks include: dimensional inspection, helium leak test, 1000 PSI test, an electrical hipot 300 VDC 300 MOhms and visual workmanship.
Leak tested for 1 ATM 10X10^-8 STD-CC/SEC leak rate or better.
Seal operating temperature -20C to 130C (wire temperature rating is 250C).
